Our client is a highly reputable Legal500 law firm with offices across Scotland and in Europe. Due to organic growth, their well-regarded Commercial team seeks to take an additional commercial solicitor to join their team based in Edinburgh.

Job Description

You will be working within one of the best and most experienced Commercial teams and for a firm who are committed to equality, diversity and an inclusive environment. Your role will involve high quality work from an enviable client base where you will be advising clients on a wide range of commercial transactional and advisory matters - commercial contracts, commercial project work, technology, intellectual property and data protection matters.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial contract drafting skills and an ability to think outside the box. You will also be competent in managing a complex, busy and challenging workload whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations
of all stakeholders.   
A keen interest and enthusiasm for a broad range of commercial matters, self-motivation and a personable and methodical approach are a must for this position. The firm will offer excellent ongoing training and career progression as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
