Commercial/Rural Property Solicitor
A warm and welcoming opportunity has arisen for a commercial/rural property solicitor to join a friendly and supportive department in the Stirling office of this firm.
If you are seeking a change from the long hours and city commutes, and are also looking for more involvement within the smaller team of this business, then this role is for you.
Clear career progression is a definite and flexibility around working hours/part-time basis will also be considered.
The firm is ideally looking for someone with 3 plus years' experience. Your background must be within commercial or rural conveyancing and previous experience of residential development work is highly desirable. Some experience of rural property work would also be helpful.
Newly qualified solicitors with a related traineeship are highly encouraged to apply, with a view to fully training you in the area of commercial and rural work.
Your caseload will be consistent and interesting, you will mostly be working with a local builder dealing with rural sites and property. Your focus will be on the rural and commercial areas dealing with land purchase/sales, with various aspects of rural property including the sale of farms and estates, completing option and lease agreement for wind farm developments.
You will be paid a competitive market rate salary, along with getting the opportunity to work within a collaborative and encouraging environment.
