The successful candidate will primarily be based in the firms Edinburgh office, however, there is flexibility available between the Edinburgh and Glasgow office if required or desirable.
The post-holder can expect to be involved in a range of commercial property and real estate matters including handling landlord and tenant management transactions, providing advice to public bodies, retail and leisure clients, and analysing and reporting on titles.
To be considered for this role you should be a qualified solicitor with a genuine interest in the property industry and a willingness to develop your career within this area; previous experience of this area of law is desirable however not essential.
