Core-Asset Consulting’s client, a leading entrepreneurial legal firm, is looking for a Senior Solicitor to join their Commercial Real Estate team based in Edinburgh or Glasgow on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic close knit team of lawyers who are continuously busy with an impressive scope of Scottish and English Real Estate work. The Real Estate team has continued to strengthen and grow in the last 12 months and is consistently dealing with high quality, diverse and challenging work for a wide range of clients.

The team has an enviable clients list which includes FTSE 100 companies and UK corporates as well as most of the high street banks and some of the UK’s most acquisitive property funds.

Core responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all aspects of Scottish and/or English Real Estate work
  • Investment disposals, acquisitions and asset management duties
  • Carrying out development and real estate finance tasks
  • Site acquisitions and disposals 
  • Commercial and residential investment
  • Complex and substantial portfolio transactions

Core requirements:

  • 2+ Years post qualified lawyer with Scottish or English Real Estate experience in commercial property
  • Strong academics with a plain English approach
