Working both independently and as part of the team, you will manage a varied caseload which will include, sale and purchase transactions, drafting legal documents, dealing with correspondence between solicitors, lenders and clients, lease management work acting for both landlords and tenants and assisting in commercial purchase and sale transactions including portfolio transactions.
The successful candidate will have experience gained within a similar position with fee earning experience. Along with a positive "can-do" attitude, drive, energy and enthusiasm to the team.
