Job Description

 

We are seeking to expand our busy commercial property department by hiring an experienced solicitor or paralegal.

We offer a completive salary, hybrid working and genuine work life balance.   The successful candidate will have a high level of autonomy managing their own case load with support from three directors working in the department.  Secretarial support will also be provided.  Career development will be encouraged and there is a real prospect of promotion and advancement within the firm.  

Our ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with a variety of commercial property transactions.  In particular we seek an individual with experience of:-

  • Sale & purchase of commercial properties such as shops, offices, industrial units, cafes, pubs, restaurants, hotels, guest houses, takeaways – both vacant and tenanted
  • Sale & purchase of business assets in relation to cafes, guest houses, pubs, restaurants, hotels, dental surgeries, children’s nurseries, etc.
  • All types of lease work for landlord and tenant.
  • Re-financing of variety of types of commercial property.
