Job Description

Are you a real estate solicitor between newly qualified and 3 years post qualifying experience and keen to make the move to one of Edinburgh's leading commercial boutiques? If so then please do read on as QED Legal has recently been instructed by a long-standing client to begin the search for a solicitor of this profile type.

My client, one of Scotland's most recognised, respected and expanding commercial boutiques, has a requirement for an assistant solicitor or associate to further expand their real estate offering.

Perhaps you work for one of the country's large legal 500 practices but want to make the move to a smaller firm whilst still retaining the quality of work your currently enjoy yet gaining a better work/life balance than is available at your current firm. If so, then this role can offer that.

You will enjoy a caseload managing high-value acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing and commercial lending for the UK's most recognisable banking houses and financial institutions.

It is easy, particularly as an assistant, to be overlooked in a larger firm, but that most certainly is not the case with my client. Due to the size of the firm, your role will be key, your advancement will be steady and renumeration is as competitive as with Scotland's larger practices.

If you are interested in additional information on this unique commercial property role, one that does not expect you to complete a 60 hour working week to advance, then please do contact Neil Campbell at QED Legal via the details provided.

I look forward to hearing from you.
