Our client is a highly reputable Legal500 law firm with offices across Scotland where their top ranked Real Estate team now seeks a commercial property solicitor (NQ-2) to join their team based in Glasgow.
In this role you will gain exposure to some of the best investment and development work in the Scottish market. You will have the opportunity to be involved in acting for a large list of retail clients, hotel and leisure operators, commercial investors and developers, as well as funders. The role also has an international reach where you will engage regularly with lawyers across several jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a real enthusiasm and interest for the property industry as well as drive and passion. Consideration will also be given to solicitors with a residential conveyancing background who are perhaps looking to expand into commercial property.
