Are you a commercial property solicitor, around two to four years post qualified, considering a move in-house within Glasgow?
If so, I currently have an opportunity with a leading provider of title insurance and settlement services for commercial and residential property transactions.
With continued expansion of their Glasgow offering ever in mind, my client has a desire to add a commercial property solicitor or residential conveyancer with commercial exposure to their growing team. You will be Scottish qualified, with a minimum of two years PQE, with an exposure to Irish property work being advantageous but by no means essential.
The purpose of this role is to underwrite high net work legal indemnity risks and to negotiate and maximise profitability through effective and flexible underwriting decisions.
This is an ideal role for the solicitor looking to make their first move away from private practice and into in-house, in a rarely advertised field.
