This is a rare opportunity to join a widely respected, established private practice who are well known throughout Ayrshire and beyond.

Job Description

They are now seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to head up the team. They require someone who has the technical expertise and flair to manage and develop existing business relationships and who also has the drive and ambition to win, develop and nurture new relationships.

Working with a broad client base ranging from occupiers, investors, and developers across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail and leisure, you will guide your clients through commercial property transactions ensuring a seamless first-class service end to end.

It is anticipated that you shall have around 3 years post qualifying experience of commercial property matters, this should include:  acquisition, sales, development, finance, and commercial leasing.

Experience of acting for financial institutions is highly desirable as is experience of corporate transactions such as company sale/purchase, drafting shareholders agreements.

A highly competitive salary up to £60k is offered for candidates who have solid broad experience, in excess of 3 years’ and who anticipate they will also have a following. For those with less experience/no following a salary of £40k (DOE) is offered.
