Commercial Property Solicitor – Edinburgh

Job Description

This busy law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its successful Commercial Property Team.  You will be involved in all aspects of commercial property and some of your duties will include:

• The purchase and sale of commercial property including drafting and negotiating missives, development and option agreements, examining and reporting on title, dealing with conveyancing elements etc.
• Leasing of commercial property for both landlords and tenants with an appropriate level of training and supervision being provided.
• Dealing with security transactions for lenders and borrowers
• Ordering searches, property enquiry certificates, preparing registration forms, drafting LBTT forms etc.
