We are delighted to be instructed on this senior property role by our client, a full-service law firm headquartered in Aberdeen. The firm is currently seeking an experienced commercial property lawyer to join its busy Aberdeen office.
This is a varied and interesting position, and the successful candidate can expect to be involved in a wide range of property matters, including development work, land acquisitions for both residential and commercial developers, the purchase and sale of commercial properties, and funding agreements.
To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of one year’s PQE and significant experience in commercial property. Candidates currently operating at Partner level are also encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with hybrid working options available.
