Job Description

This firm is seeking to recruit a Solicitor to join its Commercial Property team based in Edinburgh and Dunfermline.  The ideal candidate will have 4 years or more pqe, candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply too. 

The position offers an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to take their career to the next level. Participating in the growth of a niche commercial property team servicing a rich and varied portfolio of businesses with bespoke property requirements as well as more traditional real estate transactions.  The team enjoys the loyalty of a strong core of established clients whilst at the same time it has expanded its offering into targeted areas of the economy, including health care, logistics and distribution sectors.  

As well as possessing relevant commercial property experience, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing an excellent level of client service, have a positive attitude and be proactive. You should also be prepared to work using your own initiative on a portfolio of transactions, be focused on time management and operate to deadlines.
