Commercial Property Solicitor
 
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious commercial property solicitor to join a leading UK Top 100 firms in team where there is real scope to progress.
 
This growing office works across the spectrum of real estate matter for public and private sector clients.  They work across commercial real estate including core L&T, development, finance and investment and advise on and draft heads of terms, development agreements, lease renewals, sales & purchases as well as associate construction and planning matters.  They act for major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities, universities and healthcare providers.
 
If you are in a large team with no clear career path and are looking for a broad real estate role which can offer scope for progression, access to great work and clients within a UK leading team then this is an opportunity not to be missed.
