Job Description

The range of projects on offer is vast, ranging from site acquisition, leisure, retail, office, and large scale residential developments through to bespoke transactions for private individuals. 

QED Legal's client are looking for Scottish qualified Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years' post qualifying commercial property experience covering

Property and development work – acquisition of land for both residential and commercial developers.
Standard security and related funding 
Sale and purchase of commercial properties
Site acquisition and assembly

It's anticipated you shall be at Associate level looking for your next move potentially to Partner or you will be a Partner who is looking for a fresh challenge where you will have autonomy and the ability to make a significant impact on the business.

Exceptional client acing skills, the ability to forge strong and long lasting client relationships are all essential. Familiarity with case management systems and proficiency in MS Office applications are also required.
