You will manage a busy caseload with transactions ranging from larger developments through to small buy to let purchases. The ability to work to deadline, be highly organised and develop good long standing relationships with clients are key attributes for this role.
Ideally you should have previous commercial property experience but candidates who have solid conveyancing skills, with the ability to successfully manage transactions from inception to completion are encouraged to apply as you will be given full support and training.
A competitive salary to £34,000 is offered.
