They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal with a minimum of 1 years’ experience to work closely with a Partner on a range of transactions including commercial purchases and sales, leases, and estate management work.
Typical responsibilities shall include preparing Land Registration application forms and submitting deeds for registration, preparing, and submitting LBTT Returns, Estate Management work, dealing with pre-completion requisitions and dealing with the completion of leasing transactions following conclusion of missives.
You must be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail and be able to meet deadlines.
