Job Description

Our client is an award-winning, top tier international law firm located in Glasgow where their Property team now seeks a commercial property paralegal. This role will be offered on a 12 months FTC basis with the potential of a contract extension thereafter.

This is a unique opportunity and a key role within the team where you will be involved in a wide variety of work. This will include (but not limited to) undertaking property management transactions including licences, leases and other management documents, completing property investment sales and purchase transactions, assisting with due diligence, carrying out conveyancing searches, preparing reports on title and drafting transaction documents and completing Land Registry and LBTT returns.

It is essential to have a flexible and adaptable approach and be competent in collaborating with all colleagues across teams. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines would be highly advantageous.
