My client's rapidly expanding commercial property department has a requirement to add a newly qualified solicitor to their thriving real estate team. You work alongside some of the country's most respected Partners and associates who will give you the time and resources required to progress as a commercial property solicitor.
You will have a passion for mainstream real estate work, with retail, commercial purchase and sales and commercial leasing for both landlord and tenant making up the bulk of your caseload. Also, rare for an NQ role, you will given the opportunity to become involved in planning and environmental work as well as non contentious construction matters.
As with most commercial property roles these days, my client has a fantastic client list and has enjoyed some incredibly tender wins in recent months to add to this. They pride themselves on not over-burdening their solicitors with unmanageable caseloads, hence the need for expansion to continue their track record of exceptional client care.
