Job Description

Are you an ambitious commercial property solicitor either in Aberdeen or prepared to relocate to run a prestigious team in the area?

My leading Scottish client has a specific and time-sensitive requirement to establish a real estate team in their Aberdeen office.

Upon arrival you will be presented with a truly enviable client base with both Edinburgh and London roots looking to invest and develop within the Aberdeenshire area.

This role would suit an up and coming associate lacking a defined and quick route to partnership within a large commercial firm. You will be given the support and finances necessary to develop this team over the coming months and years in exactly the way that you see fit.

As the firm in question has a long term commitment to the Aberdeen market, people with ties, or a real and defined reason for relocating to the area are of particular interest.

You will be given the opportunity to work on some of the largest scale development work available in Scotland at this time, with involvement in renewables, purchase and sale and portfolio management a major part of your caseload.

Whilst it may appear a daunting task to uproot and relocate to the Aberdeen area, a relocation package will be available to the ideal candidate.

I would suggest that any candidate considering this role, but unsure of the move should contact me for additional details.  This is a real opportunity to move to one of the UK's most prosperous and developing cities, a true business hub for the country.

This is clearly a unique role within Scotland at present. Whilst there has admittedly been several opportunities within real estate over the last few months, few have offered the opportunity to make the step up into such a senior role with the genuine prospects associated with this post.

Applications will also be considered from English qualified candidates with a desire to become dual-qualified at a later date.

For additional information, and of course a completely confidential discussion please contact me via the details provided.
