A leading national firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (from NQ - 6 Years' PQE), to join their team in Dundee due to sustained organic growth.
In this position your workload will consist of high-quality matters ranging from but not limited to Acquisitions & Disposal, Investment & Development, Property Finance, Commercial Leasing and Asset Management.
Clients you can expect to advise include developers, investors, hospitality and retail clients, public institutions, banks, landowners, and other businesses across the country and wider UK.
Working directly with partners and senior fee-earners, this well-structured team ensures you will receive first-rate support, training and development, with clear routes for progression.
Candidates from a Commercial Property or Real Estate background are preferred, however applications from other areas of property law will be considered.
This firm are keen on qualified solicitors of all levels participating in business development initiatives, further contributing to the firm's growth.
