Job Description

A leading provider of legal and commercial services, is now seeking an ambitious commercial property associate solicitor to join their dynamic and growing Property team in Edinburgh. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial property purchase and sale contracts, leasing, title examinations, and security matters
• Collaborate with other teams on diverse commercial property transactions
• Efficiently manage your caseload, ensuring client satisfaction and firm objectives are met
• Demonstrate strong financial management skills
• Actively contribute to the collaborative work environment within the Commercial Property Department
• Showcase your business development acumen

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 4 years' PQE in commercial property matters and proficiency in commercial property purchase and sale contracts, leasing, title examinations, and security work. You will also demonstrate a proactive and client-focused approach as well as sound business development acumen.
