Our client is a boutique firm in the Northeast of Scotland, who are seeking a commercial property associate solicitor (5+ years PQE), to join and help expand their team in Aberdeen, in a senior capacity.
In this role you will deal with all aspects of commercial property work, ranging from but not limited to, acquisitions and disposals of properties and businesses, wind farming transactions, leasing for landlord and tenant, security transactions and development work.
Although this firm is an SME, their well-established roots in the Northeast of Scotland ensure a very high quality level of work, offering stellar career prospects and a competitive remuneration.
As this team is looking to expand, you will be expected to provide insight to and help develop more junior members of this team, as well as run a full commercial property caseload.
