Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial property matters.
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in commercial property law.
• Proven track record of managing complex commercial property transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
