QED Legal's client, one of the UK top tier legal firms, is seeking an experienced, high performing and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to become an integral part of its energy based commercial property team.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of energy based commercial property work both renewable and mainstream including working on exciting projects, in addition you will also assist the wider commercial property team dealing with landlord/tenant work, sales and purchases and property management.

The commercial property team is one of the largest Scottish teams and anyone coming into the role will play a significant part, leading and mentoring less experienced team members and ensuring clients receive an exceptional service.

The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 5 years’ commercial property post qualifying experience this must include experience of successfully managing transactions within 1 or more energy sectors. Determination, dedication, and excellent communication skills are all essential for this role.

Candidates who are dual qualified or willing to work towards dual qualification are of particular interest.
