Working closely with senior lawyers your duties will include: -
Advising clients on commercial debt recovery matters
Managing a varied commercial caseload
Building relationships with clients
Negotiating settlements
Invoicing
Drafting legal documents
The successful candidate will also get the opportunity to work on commercial litigation, company disputes, commercial property litigation and insolvency litigation matters.
