Job Description

Our client is a highly regarded national Legal500 firm who offer a full range of services. They now seek an additional commercial litigation solicitor (NQ-4) to join their experienced Dispute Resolution team based in Glasgow.  

 

Offering real career progression prospects and a friendly working environment, you will be involved in a wide variety of work, both private and commercial clients - debt recovery, insolvency litigation, property litigation, contract disputes, appearing at the First Tier Tribunal Housing and Property Chamber hearings (this is not an exhaustive list). 
 
The successful candidate will be qualified and have gained solid litigation experience within a in a similar position or, if you are newly qualified solicitor you will have completed a commercial litigation seat (min 12 months).
