This firm are currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its busy commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ pqe and have extensive commercial litigation and contract disputes experience. The team are regularly engaged in both Sheriff Court and Court of Session cases as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation and arbitration. You will be involved in a broad range of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, company disputes, insolvency, property disputes and debt recovery.
