Dispute Resolution Solicitor - NQ-5 PQE – Edinburgh (Hybrid)

A new opportunity has arisen to join a Legal500 Commercial Litigation team in the heat of Edinburgh on a full-time basis. This opportunity will afford the incoming Solicitor the real opportunity to manage a broad commercial litigation caseload and work alongside an established team of senior and mid-level litigators based in Edinburgh.

The Role:

·               Working directly under the support and supervision of the Senior Partner, run and manage a caseload of both commercial litigation matters.

·               Delivering excellent, quality, legal advice and service to a long-established national client base.

·               Collaborating with colleagues across the office network to deliver the best results for clients.

·               Managed a broad caseload across both the Sheriff’s Court and Court of Session. 

The Candidate:

·               NQ-5PQE Solicitor - Scottish Qualified with a genuine interest in dispute resolution.

·               Previous background within dispute resolution is essential.
