The Role:
- Get involved with commercial disputes, arbitrations and mediations
- Handle a varied caseload of matters, including general commercial litigation and property disputes
- Take an active role in case preparation, management and engage directly with clients
- Engage with business development initiatives
The Candidate:
- NQ - 5PQE
- Experience with litigation
- Commercially focused
- Team player
