Job Description

A top Scottish firm is looking for a Solicitor to join their Litigation team at Senior Solicitor level.

The Firm & Team:

Top tier team
Regularly instructed on the highest profile litigations in Scotland
Team deals with a broad range of commercial and civil disputes

The Role:

Advise on a range of specialisms, such as financial litigation, sports law, property litigation, IP disputes
Opportunities to get involved in cross - border litigation
Handle a full and demanding case load

The Candidate:

3 years PQE +
Experience working within dispute resolution
Ambitious and capable of dealing with a wide range of matters
Experience conducting own advocacy
