Commercial Litigation Solicitor
 
This highly regarded 'mid-tier' Scottish Firm seek an experienced commercial litigator to join their team in Glasgow. It is envisaged the suitable candidate will have 4 years + pqe across a broad spectrum of commercial litigation work. 
 
You will work closely alongside the partner, acting for both businesses and individuals. 
 
The work involved will include: contractual, contentious construction and property disputes, contentious/non-contentious insolvency and there will also be some exposure to contentious employment cases.  
 
There are not many commercial litigation roles that can offer such broad variety and scope for progression!!!
 
The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of sheriff court procedure, as well as alternative methods of dispute resolution. 
 
You will be comfortable in handling a varied workload and in working autonomously. You should be very time focused and comfortable working to often tight deadlines.
