Job Description

Our highly respected Legal500 client is currently seeking an additional commercial litigation associate (5+ years') to join their highly experienced Commercial Litigation team based in Glasgow. 
 
This is an opportunity to play an integral role in the growth and development of the team, engaging in some of the highest quality disputes for a whole range of clients. You will have a widely varied disputes caseload, which will include contract disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, property disputes and professional negligence claims.
 
As the successful candidate, you will have gained prior commercial litigation experience and will be confident managing your own high quality caseload whilst supporting more junior members of the team. 
 
The Commercial Litigation team also engage in Alternative Dispute Resolution, so any prior experience of this would be beneficial.
