Joining a highly reputable Legal500 law firm with offices across Scotland, our client is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join their award winning and well-regarded Commercial Litigation team based in Edinburgh.

Job Description

You will be working within one of the best and most experienced Commercial Litigation teams and for a firm who are committed to equality, diversity and an inclusive environment.
 
Your role will involve high quality work from an enviable client base where you will be working with a wide variety of clients including, corporate clients, high net worth individuals, banks & financial institutions, institutional investors/funds and retailers. You will also play a key role in the growth of the business by building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
 
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with complex and challenging commercial litigation issues and an ability to think outside the box. You will also be competent in managing a busy workload in a fast paced environment whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
