Job Description

If so, our client is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join their highly ambitious and well regarded team. 
 
Your role will involve working on a wide variety of high quality cases including professional negligence and commercial dispute resolution matters across a broad range of sectors in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session. There will also be an element of supervising more junior members of the team.     
 
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly respected and well established team where you will gain exposure to some of the most challenging and interesting claims in this field. There will also be an opportunity to take lead and in be involved in business development activities.
 
To be considered for this commercial litigation associate opportunity you will ideally have gained experience of managing a similar caseload and be able to demonstrate initiative and strong communication skills.
