This firm is currently recruiting a senior solicitor/legal director to join its busy commercial litigation team. The team is regularly engaged in both Sheriff Court and Court of Session cases as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation and arbitration. You will be involved in a broad range of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, company disputes, insolvency, property disputes and debt recovery.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE and have extensive commercial litigation and contract disputes experience. This firm is open to office location (Edinburgh or Dundee), with flexibility to also work from home.
