Job Description

You will join a forward thinking and progressive firm with excellent exposure to high quality matters and work alongside some of the most respected people in the field.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide variety of commercial matters - drafting and negotiating contracts, providing advice on IP, IT and data protection matters and providing support to partners and the wider team, where you will be working across various sectors with many blue-chip clients as well as smaller commercial entities.         
The successful candidate will have gained experience in the life sciences sector and will also be commercially minded, be able to work as part of a team and relish in a client facing role.
