The role is open to candidates at the NQ to 3 years' PQE level and a strong understanding of all aspects of commercial law.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a range of commercial contracts, while ensuring compliance with corporate governance, policies, and procedures.
Identifying and escalating legal and commercial issues.
Providing advice on competition law, intellectual property, and data protection issues across the business.
In-house experience is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate. If you are looking to develop or start an in-house career, this is a fantastic opportunity.
