A top tier highly regarded firm is looking for a Solicitor to add to their expanding Litigation team, focusing on Insolvency and Commercial Litigation in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The Firm & Team:
- Tier 1 firm and team
- Well established litigation practice
- Supportive and collaborative environment
The Role:
- Advise on all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency
- Deal with director disqualification, enforcement action and corporate/commercial disputes
- Work wit national firms on English cross border assignments
- Play a key role in business development
The Candidate:
- 4PQE+
- Experience with commercial disputes
- Enthusiasm for restructuring and insolvency work
- Excellent attention to detail
