We have been instructed on a new In-house commercial contracts lawyer position. The role will be based in the Glasgow office, but flexible working will be available.

Job Description

We have been instructed on a new In-house commercial contracts lawyer position.  The role will be based in the Glasgow office, but flexible working will be available.   The position will report into the Senior Legal Counsel based in London.   The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ pqe and have experience in commercial contracts, regulatory and financial services experience would also be beneficial for this position.

Within this role you will:

Act as Legal lead on material (commercial and regulatory) arrangements, proactively aligning legal review and risk management with the objectives of the relevant business owner
Actively participate on integration projects, representing the Commercial Contracts team and influencing contract change requirements
