I am looking to speak to experienced Litigation Solicitors (2 years PQE+) with commercial and property disputes experience. This is a great opportunity to join an established and experienced team and assist with high profile property and commercial disputes, including construction, product liability, property damage and professional negligence cases. You will handle a mixed caseload of litigated and un-litigated claims and you will act for both pursuers and defenders. You will have knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures. There is also the opportunity to be involved with cross-border matters!
