Overview:
An established Glasgow firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1–5 years’ PQE) to join its busy and supportive team. This is a great opportunity to build on your experience in a firm that values collaboration, professional growth and high-quality client care.
Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction to settlement or trial
Provide clear legal advice and representation, including court advocacy where required
Work closely with Counsel and medical experts to prepare and progress cases
Handle matters including delayed diagnosis, surgical errors, and hospital negligence
Experience Required:
1–5 years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence or a related area of litigation
Advocacy skills and understanding of court procedures
Excellent communication, organisation and client relationship skills
