The successful candidate will need to be comfortable dealing with all aspects of civil and commercial criminal matters. This role would suit someone who is keen to specialise in these areas and the firm is open to hearing from candidates at the NQ level and upwards who has strong civil and/or commercial litigation experience. You will have the opportunity to represent clients in Sheriff Court and Court of Session disputes. This teams’ reputation is synonymous with success in high profile cases in Scotland over the last few decades and this role could suit a generalist litigator or an Advocate looking for their next career move.
