Job Description

Overview

A great opportunity has arisen to join a well-established Charities & Third Sector team. You will advise a diverse range of clients including charities, not-for-profits, philanthropic individuals, and campaigning organisations. on governance, restructuring, OSCR matters, fundraising and trustee training. This role offers the chance to work on both technical charity law and strategic advisory matters.

Role Requirements

Experience:

Relevant experience in charity law, not-for-profits, social enterprises, or transferable experience from corporate, public law, or private client work
Experience managing own caseload and supporting junior team members
Experience delivering training or mentoring is desirable

Skills:

Confident and clear communicator with clients and colleagues
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Demonstrated interest in the sector through work, volunteering, or trusteeships
