Catastrophic Injury Paralegal – Edinburgh

Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join a team who represent insurance clients and public authorities in all aspects of employers’ liability, public liability and motor claims.  You will be involved in all aspects of catastrophic personal injury including policy coverage, litigation and providing support for the highest value claims.

Your duties will include:

• Supporting the fee earners on day to day file management
• Liaising with third parties, Counsel, Medical experts
• Preparing court bundles
• Drafting letters of instruction, requests, Instructions to Counsel
• Preparing briefing notes, action plans, file notes and attendance notes
• Reviewing reports and statements and other relevant documents
• Drafting and proof reading documents
