A highly reputable, progressive and market leading firm, are now seeking a banking solicitor to join their well-regarded Banking Team based in Glasgow.
Our client is offering a banking solicitor a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of high quality matters, including advising borrowers, lenders and sponsors on a variety of debt (and debt-related) transactions. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm - corporate, real estate and tax - acting for banks, building societies, debt and pension funds, and other financial institutions, alongside numerous PLCs and large corporate clients.
Contributing to the success of the Banking Team, you will be an effective communicator, be personable and hold a natural ability to build and develop positive client relationships.
