Well established law firm now seeking an experienced banking solicitor/associate to join their welcoming and highly-regarded Banking Team that sits within the firm's Commercial Property department in Edinburgh.

Job Description

Our client is well established law firm who have many years of experience across the whole of the banking sector. They are committed to building relationships and understanding your needs where they are now seeking an experienced banking solicitor/associate to join their welcoming and highly-regarded Banking Team that sits within the firm's Commercial Property department in Edinburgh.  

 

To be considered for this banking solicitor/associate opportunity you will have hands on experience of providing a first-class service to clients, principally in general commercial and corporate banking and real estate finance work, including the drafting and negotiation of bilateral and syndicated form loan agreements and security and coordination of the completion of lending transactions.

 

Ideally you will have at least 2 years' PQE (consideration may also be given to those with less PQE) and have experience in the area of banking, commercial property or corporate work and should be familiar with loan and security documentation.
