An opportunity is available for a banking solicitor to join a leading Corporate and Leveraged Finance team in Edinburgh.

About the Role
The team advises on a wide range of lending transactions across sectors, including technology, media, telecoms, energy, infrastructure, life sciences, healthcare, and hospitality. Work includes:

• Multi-jurisdictional lending and refinancing.
• Private equity-backed acquisition finance.
• Embedded finance transactions.
• Multi-hotel and investment finance.
• Advisory and legal opinion work.

The team also focuses on fintech projects, including blockchain, digital assets, and AI, working with banks, lenders, private equity sponsors, corporates, and start-ups.

About You
