My client, an international law firm, is looking to speak to newly qualified solicitors who would be interested in joining their highly successful banking team. As part of this team you will advise the firm’s clients on a wide range of transactional banking matters, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. You will act for lenders, borrowers, funds and investors.
