We are currently working in this position within this successful Lender Services team. This position is based in Glasgow and would suit someone with between 1 – 6 years’ pqe who has experience of title rectification, property litigation, also some conveyancing experience would be an advantage. You will represent major banking and lender clients in a variety of debt recovery and dispute resolution matters including secured debt recoveries, financial disputes, fraud, title and security rectification, professional negligence, tenancy disputes and unsecured debt recoveries (personal and business).
